Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OONAH.life and the OONAH platform (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Set & Social Club. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

OONAH is a hospitality-driven resident connection and lifestyle platform designed to help multifamily communities foster belonging, increase engagement, and create meaningful connections among residents. OONAH is not a resident portal, maintenance platform, or rent payment application.

Certain features may require you to create an account or provide information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or residents.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

The Services, including all content, branding, design, software, and the OONAH and Set & Social Club names and logos, are owned by or licensed to Set & Social Club and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Set & Social Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the content you provide.

OONAH is built on hospitality and connection. You agree to engage with other residents respectfully and in good faith. We may remove content or suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or undermines a safe, welcoming community.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Set & Social Club and OONAH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Set & Social Club, OONAH, and their respective officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
